David X. Guzman, CHA - President and Co- Founder David X. Guzman C.H.A. embarked in his Hospitality career over 18 years ago and has managed many different styles of hotels in his experience from small city motels to 300+ room resorts, each with resounding success. Mr. Guzman customizes his abilities for each individual owner so to maximize their goals from each of their properties. Youll find Mr. Guzman is an expert with hotel finances, including managing budgets, sales & marketing, revenue management and creating a team environment to assist with these goals. He is honored that he has been asked to be a guest instructor at Arizona State University multiple times, and he serves on numerous advisory boards, including The Choice Hotels International Owners Council and The Arizona Lodging & Tourism Association. He is knowledgeable in several franchises including Intercontinental Hotel Group, Choice Hotels International, Best Western, Hilton and Wyndham Hotel Group. Through Mr. Guzman own experience, personal networks, and customer/employee loyalty he has established FTG Management as a groundbreaking management and consulting company.

Manuel A. Robles, CHA Manuel A. Robles, CHA - Vice President and Co-founder Manuel A. Robles, CHA started his hospitality career modestly over 23 years ago from the ground up in hotel properties both full and limited service ranging from 500 to as small as 60 rooms for such brands as Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Ramada Inn, Holiday Inn, ITT Sheraton, and Omni Hotels. During his career over the last 16 years he has had extensive experience in full service and limited service facilities as General Manager and as one of the founding partners of FTG Management. Strong emphasis on customer service, training, and sales and marketing have helped him develop many successes for our clients and his "hands-on" approach assures each client that we will stay focused on their goals and their success. "Being flexible and always listening allows us to offer individualized solutions and achieve our Client's goals." - M. Robles Mr. Robles serves on many different boards covering a wide range of interests in the hospitality and educational fields. This includes a nonprofit School Board focused on developing technology based education for K-12 grade students and advisory positions for two Hotel Franchise Committees developing improvements for property management systems, brand standards, and brand marketing.

BrandyJo Guzman, CHA - Employee Development Director Mrs. Guzman’s experience includes 10 years of working for Choice Hotels International. As Franchise Service Director for Choice Hotels Mrs. Guzman was the liaison between franchisee and franchisor assisting hotel managers and owners with all aspects of running a hotel, including staff development. As Employee Development Director for FTG, Mrs. Guzman is charged with staff development and recruitment for our corporate offices and the properties in our portfolio.

Paul Seery, CC Paul Seery, CC - Project Manager Having earned both a Masters degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and an Associate of Occupational Science in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Mr. Seery has held many different positions throughout the hotel and restaurant industry ranging from Front Desk Manager to Executive Chef. Mr. Seery is also skilled with social media marketing programs having developed and managed public pages on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and MySpace for the city of Phoenix, The Great Arizona Beer Festival and many others.
